vacation rental properties in Malta. Each package is designed for a different level
of operational involvement and guest experience. Choose the package that matches

How Our Packages Work
Each package covers a single turnover (check-out to guest-ready). Pricing is based
on property size (studio/1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed). All packages include professional
cleaning, basic operational checks (hot water, AC, Wi-Fi), and photo documentation.
Add-ons like linen coordination, welcome packs and consumables are available
separately.

Package 1: Essential Turnover
Best for: Budget-conscious owners, frequent turnovers, owner-managed supplies
What’s included:
- Professional turnover cleaning (check-out to guest-ready)
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitisation
- Bed making and linen arrangement
- Trash removal and basic tidying
- Basic operational checks (hot water, AC, Wi-Fi)
- Photo documentation
What’s NOT included:
- Consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.) — owner-provided
- Linen laundry or coordination
- Welcome pack or guest amenities
- Deep cleaning or special projects
Pricing (per turnover):
- Studio / 1 Bedroom: €45–€55
- 2 Bedroom: €65–€75
- 3 Bedroom: €85–€100
Best for: Owners who manage their own supplies and linen, or who
have multiple turnovers per month and want a lean, cost-effective service.

Package 2: Superhost Operations
Best for: Professional operators, consistent guest experience, moderate oversight
What’s included:
- Professional turnover cleaning (check-out to guest-ready)
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitisation with SOOLMAX eco-friendly products
- Bed making and linen arrangement
- Trash removal and detailed tidying
- Operational checks: hot water, AC, Wi-Fi, appliances (oven, fridge, etc.)
- Consumables check and replenishment (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.)
- Photo documentation and issue reporting
- Digital checklist report (via email or portal)
What’s NOT included:
- Linen laundry (coordination available as add-on)
- Welcome pack (available as add-on)
- Deep cleaning or seasonal projects

- 2 Bedroom: €85–€105
- 3 Bedroom: €115–€140

who want consistent quality, digital oversight, and don’t want to worry about
consumables running out.

Package 3: Ultimate Care
Best for: Premium properties, full operational peace of mind, luxury experience
What’s included:
- Professional turnover cleaning (check-out to guest-ready)
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitisation with premium eco-friendly products
- Bed making with fresh, professionally laundered linen
- Trash removal and meticulous tidying
- Comprehensive operational checks: hot water, AC, Wi-Fi, appliances, locks,
lighting, outdoor areas - Consumables check and replenishment (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, etc.)
- Linen coordination: dirty linen pickup, laundry arrangement, fresh linen
installation - Welcome pack placement (basic: water, coffee, tea, snacks)
- Detailed digital report with photos and issue flagging
- Priority emergency support (7/24 contact for guest issues)
What’s NOT included:
- Laundry provider costs (billed separately or owner-provided)
- Premium welcome pack items (wine, premium snacks) — available as add-on
- Deep seasonal cleaning or major repairs
Pricing (per turnover):
- Studio / 1 Bedroom: €90–€110
- 2 Bedroom: €130–€160
- 3 Bedroom: €180–€220
Best for: Premium villa owners, luxury short-let operators, and
investors who want zero operational stress. Everything is handled; you just receive
reports and enjoy the revenue.

Add-Ons & Optional Services
All packages can be enhanced with optional add-ons:
Linen & Laundry Coordination
€15–€20 per set (handling + coordination only; laundry cost billed
separately or owner-provided)
SOOLMAX picks up dirty linen, coordinates with laundry provider, and installs
fresh linen. Laundry costs are invoiced separately to the owner.
Welcome Pack – Basic
€10–€15
Water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Owner-provided or SOOLMAX-supplied and re-invoiced.
Welcome Pack – Premium
€30–€45
Wine, local snacks, premium toiletries, welcome note, local map. Owner-provided
or SOOLMAX-supplied and re-invoiced.
Emergency Call-Out (Guest-Related Issue)
€35–€50 per visit (parts/materials excluded)
If a guest reports an issue between turnovers, SOOLMAX responds quickly to assess
and coordinate a fix.
Deep Cleaning (Seasonal or Post-Damage)
2.5x the standard package price
For seasonal opening, post-guest damage, or when standard turnover isn’t enough.

How Consumables & Laundry Work
Consumables (Toilet Paper, Soap, etc.)
Essential Package: Owner provides and maintains stock; SOOLMAX
checks and replenishes from on-site supply.
Superhost & Ultimate Packages: SOOLMAX checks stock and replenishes
from owner’s supply. If owner prefers, SOOLMAX can supply and re-invoice (with
pre-agreed product standards).
Laundry & Linen
Laundry costs are always owner-funded (or owner uses their own
laundry service). SOOLMAX coordinates pickup, drop-off and installation as part of
the Ultimate package or as an add-on.
Welcome Packs
Items are owner-funded or SOOLMAX-supplied and re-invoiced
with agreed markup. SOOLMAX handles placement and presentation.
